Structure demolition
Buildings taken down with excavators and shears, utilities capped first.

Slab, foundation and paving removal
Concrete and asphalt broken, loaded and recycled where a facility is available.

Haul-off and sorting
Steel, concrete and clean fill separated. Tickets kept for the record.

Backfill and rough grade
Holes filled and compacted so the next phase can start.
How we run it
On the job
- Utilities located and disconnected before anything comes down.
- Dust and debris controlled, especially on occupied commercial sites.
- Recycle what can be recycled. It is cheaper for the owner and it is the right thing.

Can you work on a site that is still partly open to the public?
Yes. Phasing, fencing and dust control are planned with the GC so the operating part of the property stays safe.
