Water, sanitary and storm laterals from the main to the building.

Pads cut, filled and proof-rolled to the geotech report.

Stone base, curb and paving
Subgrade, ABC stone, curb and asphalt for parking fields and drives. The lot is finished, not just ready for someone else.

Structures, slabs, paving and foundations out, sorted and hauled, so the site is ready to rebuild.

Mass grading, cut and fill, and building pads built in lifts and proof-rolled, checked against the survey as we go.
